Complete supply of the state banquet for the independence day party on 9 July 2011. Design and supply of the kitchen containers with cooking and regeneration technology, confectionary, wash-up, bars, cold containers including the electrical and plumbing works. Mobile kitchen equipment, chairs and tables, uniforms, table top supplies, kitchen and service staff staff. Menue planning with the supply of all food and beverages rounded off the perfect event.


Hotel Achental

Planning and delivery of container kitchen for 6 months, consisting of a la Carte and banqueting for up to 300 guests with preparation, production and plating-up as well wash-up. The delivery and installation included electrics, water softening plant and grease trap with platform lift.


University Bochum

Planning, delivery and setting of container kitchen and dining hall for the university during replacement and rehabilitation measures. 9 production container outside, preparation area inside for 6000 meals per day.


North Sea Oil Platform “Annegret”

Supply of a three storey container units including 10 living quarters with toilet and shower, 4 containers with kitchen and canteen as well as a combined cold room.

Container soulution for the Federal Armed Forces

Task: On request of the German Army a mobile kitchen had to be designed that had to be portable, long-term usable as a turnkey-solution for 2500 soldiers. For the purpose of further utilisation the complete unit had to be planned in such a way that the modules could be reused as two separate 1200-meal kitchens at different locations. Additional criteria were German Army legislations applying to hygiene, mobility of equipment, optimization of energy consumption etc.

The complete construction took 15 weeks including fundament. The area is about 2500 m², consisting of a lightweight construction hall and 70 room modules sandwich style walls at a height of 2,75 m.

Conclusion: Because of the criteria mentioned above the container kitchen in Seedorf is said to be the most up-to-date and professional intermin solution on the market.
