To cater for the newly trained police in Afghanistan we have supplied and assembled 4 new kitchens in Kunduz, Mazar-e-Sharif and Feyzabad. The kitchens are broken down into storage, preparation, cooking, distribution and wash-up for up to 900 policemen in the larger outlets.
The kitchens comply with European standards and HACCP regulations. On completion of the assembly works all equipment was commissioned and tested. The operating staff have been trained in the functionality of all items and are now working independently in their new kitchens.
