Kimpton De Witt Hotel – Amsterdam

kpc are proud to announce their realisation of the  De Witt Hotel in Amsterdam for the Kimpton Group from America.

The planning and installation included the hotel kitchen with cold kitchen, preparation and service station. Special equipment used in the hotel kitchen is the new Island Cooking Block by MKN, big griddle by MagiKitchen, USA as well as a new coffee and bagle station including street sales.

The front cooking for the restaurant Wyers is fitted with cooking equipment by MKN, charcoal barbecue by Grillworks, USA and serving stations with saladettes.

The Restaurant Bar is completely new with three cocktail stations, 10 various draught beers and five undercounter bottle cooling units. All cooling devices are connected to the central refrigerating system.

The Hotel Bar includes two cocktail stations, glass frosters, wine display cabinet and five undercounter bottle cooling units.

The banquet kitchen consists of dressser, coffee station, glass dishwasher and banqueting trolleys for hot and cold food.
