To accommodate all international visitors and the business and political requirements in Sana’a the hotel has carried out a complete refurbishment of the Food and Beverage areas, which includes the kitchens.
KPC have carried out the planning and supply of both kitchens which are broken down in to the classical 5 * requirements. From large cold storage rooms through to meat, fish and fruit and vegetable preparation, bakery, confectionary, a la Carte production, wash-up and room service in one kitchen as well as banqueting preparation, production and wash-up in a separate kitchen.
This enables the Hotel to prepare all its own products fresh, from ice-cream to cakes, various breads and rolls as well as gastronomical highlights to satisfy all clientele.
